DGF@ helps you check the math before you deal with a dealership. This page explains what we collect when you use dgfa.app, why, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
- What you type into the start form: your email and ZIP code, plus your first name, last name and phone number if you choose to give them.
- Deal details, when you ask us to send them: if you click to email yourself a summary, we receive the vehicles, prices, trade-in, payoff, down payment and payment results shown in that summary.
- Your choices: whether you agreed to hear from us about deals and offers.
We don't ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, income or credit score, and the tool never runs a credit check.
Why we collect it
- To show your numbers: your ZIP sets your state's tax and fees.
- To send you the summary you ask for.
- To follow up with you about your deal or refinance.
- To send you deals and offers, only if you said yes to that. You can say no and still use every part of the tool.
Who else sees it
Your information is stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site for us. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't pass it to dealers or lenders without your permission.
What stays on your device
The tool saves what you've entered in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. That copy never leaves your device unless you send it to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Texts and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you about your deal. We'll only send marketing texts if you agreed to them, and you can reply STOP to any text to end them.
Getting your information deleted
Email privacy@dgfa.app from the address you used and we'll delete what we have about you, or send you a copy of it.
About the numbers
Payments, rates and incentives are estimates based on what manufacturers, banks and credit unions publish, updated every month. Offers change and depend on your credit, so confirm the final numbers with your lender before you sign anything.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
